mySignature is an email signature generator for professionals and teams. It provides customizable, well-designed templates and supports major email clients and devices (Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail), with added features like email tracking and signature analytics. 

Problem

Email signatures are a high-frequency touchpoint, but most professionals and teams manage them in a fragmented, manual way. As a result, signatures often look inconsistent across email clients and devices, break formatting, and drift off-brand over time.

For growing teams, scaling signatures becomes an operational problem: updating details, banners, disclaimers, and CTAs across many employees is slow, error-prone, and hard to control—without any clear visibility into what actually performs.

Solution

mySignature delivers a centralized way to create and manage professional email signatures at scale. It provides ready-to-use templates and a signature builder that helps users quickly produce on-brand signatures that render reliably across major email clients and devices.

To support continuous improvement, the platform adds tracking and analytics, enabling users and teams to measure engagement with signature elements (links, banners, CTAs) and iterate based on real performance data.

My main task

Designed and delivered the end-to-end UX/UI responsive experience for mySignature—from information architecture and user flows to high-fidelity UI and design specs. Built a scalable component-based interface that adapts across desktop, tablet, and mobile breakpoints, ensuring consistent usability and visual quality in key journeys (template selection, signature customization, preview, and export).

Result

As a result, the redesigned responsive UX/UI was launched on the live product, improving the end-to-end signature creation experience across desktop and mobile and providing a consistent, scalable interface for future growth: https://mysignature.io/
